| 抄録(和) | 続計的モデルに基づいたソフトウェア信頼性評価において,検出されたバグ(フォールト)が正しく修正されたか否かは重要な要因である.過去の研究においても,検出フォールトが不完全に修正されることを仮定したモデルの構築とその応用例は数多く見受けられる.しかしながら,統計的観点から不完全デバッグがモデルパラメータ推定手続きに与える影響については明確にされていない.本研究発表では,フォールトの修正履歴に関するデータが与えられたもとでのソフトウェア信頼性モデルのパラメータ推定問題を考える.特に,フォールトの修正履歴の観測不完全性に着日した推定アルゴリズムの構築を行う.また,パラメータ推定量に関する統計的性質を考察する. |
| 抄録(英) | In the area of software reliability assessment based on statistical modeling, it is important to estimate whether detected faults have been correctly removed or not. Thus some researchers attempt to build the stochastic models to represent such an imperfect-debugging event, and present their application to practical examples. However, since most of them are interested in the modeling of imperfect debugging, no one reveal dependence of the imperfect debugging on estimation of model parameters yet. In this paper, we consider an estimation problem to detect parameters of software reliability models from the history of debugging, and particularly propose an estimation procedure based on EM (Expectation-Maximization) algorithm by incorporating the debugging activity. Finally, we investigate statistical properties of estimated parameters. |
