Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) PLB was cultivated from the seed of the orchid (Phalaenopsis), and the optimum medium condition of the redifferentiation process was found. The needle electrode was inserted in the plant box and the negative ion atmosphere was made by applying -4000V. The effects on the growth of Phalaenopsis and the fungus of the derivation from the orchids were examined. In the latter, the remarkable effect on their multiplication was found, but in the farmer, it was not. The electric field impression method in which the electrode reaction is not generated in the medium is described.
