| 抄録(和) | FDTD法を用いて時間領域のみで共振器の基本パラメータ即ち共振周波数、無負荷Q、外部Q、結合係数を算出する方法を提案している。FDTD法は本来時間領域計算であるにもかかわらず、パルスレスポンスをフーリエ変換して周波数領域に直して利用することが多い。この方法ではそれをやらない事によって時間短縮ができる上に、時間領域計算自身も非常に短縮することができる。それは外部回路と共振器の結合が極めて周波数選択的である事に依拠している。 |
| 抄録(英) | The authors propose a new time domain method to obtain the basic parameters for a resonator such as resonant frequency, unloaded Q, external Q and coupling coefficient using the FDTD method. Though the FDTD method analyzes the EM filed in the time domain, Fourier transformation of the time response for a pulse input is usually carried out. The present method saves the computation time not only by omitting the process but by shortening the time domain calculation itself. It comes from the fact that the coupling between the external circuit and the resonator is quite frequency-selective. |
