Abstract(in English) Absorption photometry and turbidimetry with fine accuracy and reproducibility is necessary for blood test using microchips. Therefore, blood test microchips integrated with solution pre-treatment and synchronous photodetection mechanism were designed and fabricated. Pre-treatment mechanism with temperature control was integrated to control reaction speed in constant. Noise tolerance was improved by synchronous photodetection mechanism. Fabrication process of the microchip was considered, successful.
