Abstract(in English) | The Flex Power FPGA is a new FPGA architecture which enabled high speed operation and low power-consumption by controlling threshold voltage of transistors. This paper presents detail analysis of body bias condition in specific circuits. In addition, we propose a body bias condition prediction method. |
