Abstract(in English) | This paper shows that the access control is interpreted as self-conformed social system from the aspect of phenomenology, Luhmann's social system, and semiology. A common aspect is a semantic generation process. From phenomenology, subjectivity that cannot go out of own boundary is interrupted. And objectivity image consented to together is interrupted. "Self-referential generation of meaning", whose function is to distinguish identity from alterity by the subjectivity, in other words, this action means "creation", introduces "Act" and "Expression". The access control is interpreted from the aspect of "Act" in the meaning generation process through the Luhmann's social system structure that the function differentiates. That is, the access control is a social device to reflect the attribute called the competition between Luhmann's social systems. By capturing the access control as a restriction in the meaning generation process, it is shown that the Lifeworld in a phenomenological subjectivity is related to a social system from the aspect of the meaning generation process. By relating between privacy of the subject and a social system, or between ownership and a social system, and by considering that to be an important attributes to control the access, it is possible to revive subjects which are excluded by Luhmann's social system, or it is possible to obstruct "Colonization of the life world by a social system" which Habermas points out. From the aspect of "Expression", it is interpreted that information is produced during the meaning generation through the sign and the symbol of semiology. It is shown that Covert Channels are caused by the phenomenological subjects which generate meanings, and by the semiological system. |
