| 抄録(和) | CMC (Computer Mediated Communication)とはコンピュータを媒介するコミュニケーションのことであり,Mail, BBS, Blog, SNS (Social Network Service)などの総称である.CMCは近年,爆発的に普及している.しかし普及に伴い例えば"フレーミング"や"コメントスクラム"などコミュニケーションにおいて様々な問題が生じている.本稿ではCMCにおける問題を分析し問題解決への指針を提案する.具体的なアプローチとしてコミュニケーションにおける"文脈"に着目したコミュニケーションモデルを考案し,その実装可能性について検討する. |
| 抄録(英) | CMC is an abbreviation of Computer-Mediated Communication and is a generic term of Mail, BBS, IM, Blog, SNS, and so on. Recently, CMC is explosively widespread. However, a lot of problems have occurred with it. For example, "comment scram" or "flaming" on Blog or anonymous BBS represented by "2ch BBS" are remarkable now. In this paper, I investigate problems and possibility of CMC and raise a Question, "Why do these problems occur?" So, my answer is "These problems occur because of context sharing, and this is a problem of human' s information processing capability". So, I propose a support of context sharing. In order to achieve it, I consider constituent of context and communication model, and show the vision of communication with context shared. |
