| 抄録(和) | 本研究では,テレビ会議におけるカメラワークの自動制御のための発言者自動検出法を提案する.発言者検出に関しては,マイクロホンアレーを利用した手法が提案されているが,本研究では画像処理による検出を試みる.発言者は他の参加者と比べ口唇の動きが大きい.このことを利用して,画像内に写る参加者の口唇の位置を自動的に検出し,口唇の動き量を計測することにより発言者を決定する.口唇位置の検出は,最初に人物の顔領域を検出した後,眉間,鼻頭,口唇の順で位置を推定する.また口唇の追跡は更新型テンプレートマッチングにより実現するが,このとき得られる残差の変化に注目して参加者の中から発言者を特定する.模擬的な会議風景16シーンを撮影して実験を行ったところ,シーン中の42人すべての眉間,目,口唇位置を検出した.また発言者検出では100%の検出率(フレーム数としては99.1%)を得て,本手法の有効性を示した. |
| 抄録(英) | This paper proposes an automatic speaker detection method with visual information for the videoconferencing. Recently, some papers reported the same aim using microphone array method. We pay attention the fact that the movement of the speaker's mouth is large compared with other participants'. Then we detect the mouth and compute its movement. After the person's face region is detected, the location of between the eyes, left and right eyes, and nose are detected. Finally, the location of the mouth is detected. The mouth tracking is applied the template matching with updating. We identify the speaker who is the large error. We took 16 simulated scenes of videoconferencing, and obtained all parts of all 42 persons. Moreover, the resulting detection rate was 100% (as the frame was 99.1%) and we confirm the validity of our method. |
