Abstract(in English) Organic field effect transistors (OFETs) have attracted much attention in relation to the recent progress in organic electronics. We have observed the behavior of the charge carriers using the displacement current measurement. Especially, we focused the properties of the carrier injection and accumulation at the interfaces of organic field effect transistors. Here we show the ambipolar operation of pentacene FET using Al electrodes.
