Abstract(in English) We propose a novel configuration of ultra-compact 1.31/1.49/1.55-μm WDM filter arrays composed of a thin-film filter and two planar lightwave circuits. By using alignment and assembly techniques to optimize the arrangement, the insertion loss less than 0.7dB is successfully achieved.
