Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we propose the theory for the broadband impedance matching circuit which connects an electrically small antenna to a semiconductor tip: they are composed of the coplanar wave-guide (CPW) transmission line resonators and Interdigital gap. We use an electrically small slot dipole antenna. The design was performed with the aid of the electromagnetic wave (EM) simulator. We also examine the antenna efficiency by using EM simulator.
