Abstract(in English) The surface resistance (R_s) of superconducting thin films were measured by using a dielectric resonator method at 38 GHz. DyBa_2Cu_3O_<7-δ>(700nm) thin film deposited on an MgO substrate was prepared for R_s measurements. The R_s measurement system with SAM connecters could be measured the R_s less than 10mΩ. The sample size of 10×10mm which was perfectly covered to a cavity was enough to estimate the R_s at 38GHz. Also, we found that the system was able to measure the in-plane distribution of the R_s with a resolution of the cavity size.
