Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In case of large machines, such as those in steel rolling plant, 24 hours operation is required. For those machines, long time shut down yields great economical losses, causing production schedule losses. Therefore the plant shut down other than those for ordinary maintenance is to be avoided. In this paper, the basic study for remote sensing technology for motor fault diagnosis is described. However existent FFT method has certain limit for the analysis. In this paper, the effectiveness of cepstrum analysis which is utilized in the speech recognition fieled, is examined.
