| Abstract(in English) | The population of mankind now is round over six billions. It has brought many problems to be solved such as global heating or kinds of environmental issues. Kyoto protocol is one of the answers for the global heating or kinds of global-scale environmental issues. The most important key to solve the problems is individual efforts to save energy and communication, especially by acoustics. These will enable us to achieve the cultural diversity and true self-sufficient society. |
