Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A nonlinear part of a control force is introduced to control a chaotic transient state which appears in the nonlinear dynamical systems such as a forced Duffing system controlled by time delayed feedback control. The nonlinear part does not influence the stability of the controlled target orbit. The role of this nonlinear part is numerically investigated for the forced Duffing system. This report is a revised version of our previous one NLP2005-84[1]. The purpose of this report is to correct several insufficient and/or incorrect statements which we have done in [1] when referring the results in the report NLP2003-32 by Yamasue and Hikihara [2].
