Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We propose a CMOS fully-differential multi-scroll circuit. The differential circuit structure has many advantages over the single-ended counterpart. In general, a differential circuit occupies almost twice as much area as its single-ended version. However, the proposed circuit is small because the size of the capacitors, which usually occupy a large area in a chip, can be less than a half of the original size using the proposed technique. The proposed circuit has a wide range of applications, a mixed signal application in particular, because of its insensitivity to the common-mode digital noise.
