Abstract(in English) Electron-assisted deposition method was employed to prepare polymeric thin films from vinyl monomers evaporated in high vacuum. It was found that the deposition polymerization is effective for improving lifetime of fabricating organic EL devices with phosphorescent vinyl-type materials.
