Abstract(in English) We have developed novel Eu (III) complexes which have large fluorescence intensity and solubility. By using them in the fluorescent layer of LED devices, new white LED devices with large spectra intensity in the red region were obtained. New white LED devices can reproduce human skin color more vividly than old ones. We are now investigating them as the most promising candidate for LED flash of cellular phone.
