Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this research, it has aimed to develop "New feature and high-efficient photodetector that doesn't exist so far" by combining an electronic device and photosynthetic protein complex named photosystem I (PSI). It succeeded in the connection of PSI, molecular electric wires and Au nano particles that synthesized artificial, and the immobilization on the gate of field effect transistor (FET). The electron generated from PSI by the light irradiation greatly changed the gate voltage. In addition, it was proven to input the image of the 60 x 80 pixels and to take picture using a made bio-photosensor.
