Abstract(in English) A diode-laser-pumped microchip Nd^<3+>: YVO_4 laser was hybrid-Q-switched with a piezoelectrically-driven flexible saturable-absorber mirror. A piezoelectric unimorph-structure was fabricated by bonding a piezoelectric polymer and a plastic film with a polymeric saturable-absorber mirror, which could be vibrated to periodically change the alignment of the microchip-laser-cavity under application of an AC voltage. The hybrid Q-switch led to the increase of the peak pulse-power and of the stability of the repetitive pulse-train.
