| 抄録(和) | 本報告では、ファイバレーザ発振光の偏波状態を共振器中に維持するように単一偏波の共振器を構成し、外部注入光を用いたファイバレーザの発振周波数制御を行う手法について検討した。報告の結果より、外部注入光を用いたファイバレーザの発振周波数ドリフト測定では周波数安定性の向上が確認でき、この場合の発振周波数ドリフトのアラン分散値の平均が90MHz^2以下となった。また、外部注入光を用いた発振周波数制御においては、0.075nmの外部制御可能な離調間隔を確認し、17nmの低ドリフトの波長可変帯域を得た。 |
| 抄録(英) | Narrow line width single frequency fiber laser is a useful light source of optical measurement or WDM of optical communication. There are several methods used for stable single longitudinal mode oscillation such as distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) fiber laser and fiber distributed feedback (DBF) laser. We proposed single polarization single frequency fiber laser with an external injection light control the oscillation frequency of fiber laser. Tunable operation in 17nm bandwidth is achieved with low frequency drift. |
