Mobile IP Communication based on the Control over Cellular Networks

Abstract(in English) As one figure of Next Generation Network, we believe that cellular communication system will utilize High-speed IP communication technologies such as Wireless LAN. To achieve such a system, many medhods, i.e. handover between different wireless communication technologies, and advanced cellular network system like IP^2, have been proposed. However, vertical handover may end up with using only other High-speed wireless systems without using cellular system, and hence, advanced cellular network system will be dependent on each career's system design. This paper introduces the method utilizing both cellular network's communication control and High-speed communication technology's data transmission. We assme mobile nodes to have both cellular system interface and other High-speed communication system interfaces. We combine cellular network option and Mobile IP, which is a main IP communication technology of mobile node.
