Abstract(in English) In this paper image processing algorithm for which detecting available parallel parking space in a parallel parking area is proposed. The main task of existing parking suppport system which is already put to practical use is monitoring the rear view or helping steeling. On the contrary, we make the use of front view and make it possible that detecting available parallel parking space before a vehicle pass through avairable spaces.
