Examination of Support Method for Adding Animation to SCORM Environment

Abstract(in English) In the learning contents it is reported to be able to expect the improvement and the maintenance of the greediness for learning and the learning effect by expressing appropriate feedback according to learner's result by the character animation. However, it must be large cost to add animation to the learning contents. So, the authors have proposed the environment sharing character animation and method changing character animation by mental value. The authors have tried to apply the enviroment and the method to WBT, for adding character animation to the learning contents. And the authors have examined the feedback on the enviroment. In the other hands, the standard of the teaching material in e-Learning has been enacted. For example SCORM by ADL. On the learning environment in accordance with SCORM, learner's situation is able to be managed by LMS. The contents is able to take LMS and cooperation, and acquire the learner's situation dynamically. Learner's situation is able to be reflected in contents. In this paper, the authors apply the character animation common environment to the learning environment based on SCORM.
