Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The demands for low rate codes achiving the channel capacity are increasing with the development of wide-band communication. Turbo-Hadamard code is one of the best known low rate coding schemes. However, the coding schemes give the problems such as high decoding complexity, decoding delay, and appearance of error floor. In this paper, we will propose low rate concatenated codes based on turbo-Hadamard coding shceme. Both simulation and analytical resutlts are provided to demonstrate the advantages of the proposed schemes. As a result, the proposed coding schemes improve the above-mentioned problems of turbo-Hadamard code.
