Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) This paper proposes a method of anonymizing e-mail addresses for privacy enforcement in business outsourcing. The presented method uses a cryptographic algorithm to generate alias addresses. The addresses are associated with mail filter rules and subscribers' original address undisclosed to public. The presented method enables an enterprise to generate multiple instances of alias addresses for each user without increasing storage cost. This feature enables an enterprise to generate different alias addresses for different suppliers. Overall, the presented scheme enables enterprises to outsource Internet marketing skills, avoiding leakage of customers' e-mail addresses. This scheme is also applicable to Internet malls and Internet auctions.
