Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Wireless technology has advantageous features in industrial networks for sensing and control. The introduction of wireless communication is important not only for mobile subsystems but also for flexibility (smaller cost and time) of installation and rearrangement of machines. Reliable wireless control technology can expand its application filed from factory to automobiles in intelligent transportation systems, security, and next generation network-robot systems. This manuscript introduces the recent works of the author's research group on a measure of reliability of wireless systems and strategies of performance improvement.
