Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In researcher's computer, hundreds or perhaps thousands of digital files have been stored and the number keeps on increasing with daily research activity. Thus a tremendous amount of effort is required to find out the necessary information from the huge computer storage space. Meanwhile, sharing the reusable research resources on the Internet is recently more active under the encouragement of international neuroinformatics coordinating facility. 'Concierge' is the database software we are developing and provides a seamless manage, search, reuse and sharing of local and global research resources based on their metadata described in XML. Each function of the Concierge is implemented as a plug-in for Eclipse Rich Client Platform, which allows high extensibility and flexibility.
