Abstract(in English) Reinforcement learning has many parameters to determine their values without prior information. Performance in reinforcement learning depends on parameters. We propose to clarify the dependency of parameters in reinforcement learning on the environment. We succeed in finding the degree with which parameters are dependent on the environment.
