Abstract(in English) Parameters configuring channel properties were extracted from the electrophysiological data to construct a precise model of the neuron of Caenorhabditis elegans. A model neuron with five voltage-dependent channels were built and the simulation was performed by a simulator GENESIS with the genetic algorithm to obtain optimized parameter set.
