An Encryption Method for Multiple Receivers with Different Roles

Abstract(in English) This paper discusses an applied cryptographic technique to disclose information selectively for multiple receivers who have different roles. If a message includes classified infomation, e.g., personal or business, such information is desired not to be disclosed for some users due to his/her roles. This paper proposes a method to encrypt a message such that some information in the encrypted message can be disclosed for users selectively. The proposal method managed receiver's roles by private/public key pairs, which are generated by Key Management Center. A sender gets public key from Key Management Center and encrypts a message such that some infomation in the encrypted message is decrypted selevtively by receiver's private keys. A receiver receives an encrypted message from a sender and decrypts it by his/her private keys, which are distributed from Key Management Center. This method applies to one stop services, which complete an application, e.g., administrative services, by just "one time" if it requires some procedures.
