Abstract(in English) This paper focuses on the mediator of mediation who is demanded to make it smoothly apply the closure to various persons concerned in this research, and it proposed the technique for advising to the arbitrator by selecting the conversation strategy that adjusted to the person concerned. A similarity between the people concerned are calculated from the past accumulate person remark record and the present person's remark, and generates advice to the mediator corresponding to a present situation with this system. Furthermore, learning of the mediator's conversation strategy is done by receiving specific evaluation toward the remark which mediator went for from the mediator and the person concerned.
