Evaluation of voice, delivery system used by Bluetooth

Abstract(in English) Recently, the telecommunication between individuals came frequently to be done by the spread of the cellular phone and the Internet. However, when the disaster and congestion occur in a wide area, the network access that uses the cellular phone concentrates on the same base station, and the communication becomes impossible. At that time, user's necessary information is the same. Then, MOS evaluation of the voice when it is assumed that an ad hoc network to cancel the network congestion was constructed when the disaster and congestion occur, and voice delivers (streaming delivery) user's necessary information is evaluated in this research. When throughput decreased, the evaluation of the voice with a high bit rate fell very much as a result of the MOS evaluation. On the other hand, the evaluation of the voice with a low bit rate didn't fall so much. In fact it can be said that the testee will value real time by the MOS evaluation.
