Abstract(in English) | This paper proposes a clock signal distribution method that considers crosstalk noises generated on the clock signal line, which is applicable to synchronous digital systems. In order to realize the idea, we develop double/multiple clock pulse generation that has a tolerance for an incorrect clock pulse induced by a crosstalk fault. Besides, we develop a circuit to detect proper clock signals under such clock pulse generation. The circuits implemented those methods can be used as adapter circuits for conventional clocked elements, and as a result, the proposed method is easily built in conventional synchronous digital circuits. We show effectiveness of our design by circuit simulation for conventional flip-flops. |
