Abstract(in English)	MPEG-2 transport stream (TS) become widely use for digital broadcasting services. For switching programs or inserting advertisement between programs, the MPEG-2 TS 'splicing' technique is prescribed in MPEG-2 standard, but it has many restrictions. In this report, we propose a novel switching method of MPEG-2 transport streams with H.264. Our method can be easily implemented because it has fewer restrictions in switching. We also realize seamless switching using TS re-multiplexing technique.
