| 抄録(和) | 本研究は、法律の専門家ではない人が法律内容を理解することをサポートすることを目的とし、法律条文の自動図解かについて検討を行う。法律条文の図解化には、当該法律の体系全体を可視化し、重要な事項や探したい事項の位置づけを明確にするためのマクロ的な図解と、各条文内の実体間の関係を図示するミクロ的な図解化の2つが考えられる。本研究では、前者の図解化の問題について、各条文の総単語数と新語数をカウントすることにより情報量を定義し、情報量の分布を用い、木構造のチャートが得られることを提案する。本方法を証券取引法と著作権法に適用した結果、条文の章や節の変わり目の条文において高い情報量をもつことがわかり、概ね良好な結果を得た。 |
| 抄録(英) | We propose a new method for automatic illustration of legal text. The reasons which make us difficult to understand most of laws are chiefly based on the macroscopic structure of the law system and the microscopic syntax of each article of the law. Our method quantizes information content by the ratio of the number of old words to the number of new words in an article of the law. Old words mean words emerging from the article 1 to the predecessor article of the law. We can illustrate a tree diagram by the distribution of the information content semi-automatically. Further, we develop a program of clustering predicate pattern used in the sentence of the whole articles of the law. |
