Abstract(in English) Recently, the RFID tags are used for various services. The main use state is a commodity management system that functions on a local network. However, an increase in service that combines the Internet is correct with RFID in the future. Then, it proposes the system that efficiently does RFID and the communication between the Internets in this research. This communicates the RFID Tag data in the seamless by using encapsulation. Moreover, the interchangeability between the data reduction and the application efficient is achieved by making the content of the communication metadata. And the retrieval of the RFID tag becomes possible by this system because of the Web retrieval service.
