Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In the observation through the slit, we can perceive the whole image, however we can observe only the part of the object every moment. Then it is also perceived to be compressed than actual object. In the research of the past, we carried out the experiment in the condition of a comparatively small image compared with the entire view, and the experiment we didn't carry out for a large image To measure an appearence size and compression rate under large screen slit view, we carried out psychological experiment by using a computer and a projecter, which projects the character and the figure to the screen. The effect of the slit view on a large screen was examined and compared it with on a small screen. As a result, in the condition of a large screen, the figure and the character were perceived, compressed at the same compressed rate as results with a small screen. Moreover, we experimented the visibility of the logo which is composed with the character, the figure, and the pictureand its combinations in the slit viewing by a similar method. As a result, the visibility in the slit viewing showed the possibility of depending on the size of the character in the presented image and the aspect ratio of the presented image. And, we showed the guidlines to improve the visibility of the slit viewing.
