Abstract(in English) | This paper proposes an estimation method of motion objects using reliable motion estimations. The reliable motion estimation method uses block-matching, luminance projection method, and etc. A motion estimating results is a collection of triples of reliable ratio, place and motion. The method estimates the reliable motion at every block in a frame. Then, reliable motions are voted into motion-place voting space. Using the voting results, the proposed method estimates motion objects. We implement the proposed method and show the experimental results. The experiments use the real outdoor images acquired with a DV-camera. The result shows the robustness of the proposed method. |
