An Application of Fuzzy Neural Network to Analysis of Acceleration Plethysmogram

Abstract(in English) The signals of acceleration plethysmogram chaos are obtained as a fingertip content pulse wave detected by an optical sensor. The values for chaotic analysis are calculated by the trajectory parallel measure method and the recurrence plot method. But these values cannot capture the waveform of chaotic attractor exactly. In this paper, the authors propose a method of applying fuzzy neural network to taking the waveform information. This method uses acceleration plethysmogram as an analysis model. In addition, the authors take the values of the waveform out of the modeling data as a vector, and classify the data of plethysmogram using self-organizing map.
