Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) There are two methods as a method of analysis in biology conventionally. It is Method of experiment actually and analysis, and method of build the mathematical model and using and analyzing a dynamic technique. In late years analysis by a mathematical model attracts attention, and it is used frequently. Recent years, genome proteome systems, which consist of interaction between genes and proteins, become hot topics as bifurcation problems. Then, we attention to the genetic switch model which is proposed by Collins of an abstract genome proteome system. This model is two proteins inhibit expression each other. Here, it is understood that the oscillation is seen in almost all the gene expressions in the living thing. In addition, there is data that the oscillation is controlled at not the stage of the genetic transcript but the stage of the genetic translation. So the gene switch model is divided into the two stages of the genetic transcript and the genetic translation, and we use the model that added control of oscillation to stage of genetic translation. And, in search of bifurcations of this model, we investigate a mechanical property.
