Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The distance geometry problem is the problem that we calculate the coordinates of atoms from the distance data between atoms. In this research, we solve the distance geometry problem by utilizing the optimization technique by using a Gaussian objective function, the stochastic approach and the combination of these techniques, and compare each performance in detail. In particular, we apply these techniques to the determination of protein structures and show the effectiveness of our techniques.
