| 抄録(和) | サプライチェーン改革と大型IT導入の両プロジェクトは, プロセス統合への壁の存在, 携わる人間の経験や能力の限界, そして大規模かつ多数のステークホルダーという大きな共通の課題を持つ. プロセスリファレンスモデルを利用することで, 両者を統合できかつ統合した方が成功率も高くなる. その理由は, 一貫してプロセスを成果物とするプロジェクトライフサイクル, 計画重視のプロジェクトマネジメント, 段階的詳細化によるプロセス設計・構築, 段階的詳細化によるプロジェクト計画, この四つの条件を満たせるからである. |
| 抄録(英) | The projects both of supply chain innovation and wide scope IT implementation face common issues, i.e; the wall existing against the process integration, the limited experience and capability of people concerned and the significant stake holders. Using a process reference model will be helpful to integrate both projects that may support an achievement successfully. It can be proofed by four satisfied conditions, i.e; the project life cycle that deliver the processes consistently, the project management that consider planning, the design/build-up of process with staged details and the project planning with staged details. |
