Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The Electromyogram(EMG) controlled prosthetic hands based on the pattern classification has achieved high accurated motions. But since EMG data is used more than 100 msec, the motion delay of the prosthetic hand is caused. It should be noted that EMG is measured earlier than an actual movement as 100 msec. In this research, we aim to achieve the prosthetic hand control without delay. We propose an EMG controlled prosthetic hand system by the artificial neural network using the standing up part of EMG measured from the electrodes on the forearm.
