Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The surface electromyogram method and the cervical auscultation, etc. are researched as a method of evaluating swallowing, but the report that shows the relation to the movement of each part and bolus that composes a stripe working and the swallowing passage in which it takes part in swallowing immediately is scarce. We was simultaneously recorded videofluorography and noninvasive measurement methods of the surface electromyography(sEMG) and the cervical auscultation in this text, and comparative relation of working of various stripes concerning swallowing with movement of each part to compose swallowing passage and state of street of bolus. A feature point was calculated from the electromyographic signal of the deriving muscle, it compared with the videofluorography image and it was evaluated. We suggest a possibility that noninvasive method could be used to evaluate the swallowing movement.
