Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Questions in the finished information-technology engineers examinations are reused as pretest for application to such the certification examination. Most of all the certification tests are not suitable to evaluate learner's ability grade because the tests are a type of multiple-choice test that does not show immediately the grade of learner's ability. Therefore, in order to improve evaluation method with multiple choice tests, the authors try to design new evaluation method with multiple choice tests. We have already implemented the Web-based test for information-technology engineers examination on "Moodle" that is a kind of Course Management System. In this paper, the authors report the concept of Web based test and its implementation.
