Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) The transmission performance of the pilot assisted orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) system is deteriorated due to the channel estimation error within a frame under fast fading channels. To overcome this problem, this paper proposes a time-domain power allocation scheme to alleviate the amplitude and phase error. The feature of the proposed scheme is to allocate the sub-channel power properly so as to force the sub-channel power to be constant within a frame at the receiver. To realize the time-domain power allocation, a time division duplex (TDD) based simple linear prediction is adopted for exploiting the channel condition for transmitting data symbols. Numerical results given by computer simulation show the effectiveness of the proposed scheme compared with the traditional transmission without the time-domain power allocation.
