Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this paper, we present the construction of multiple-length variable-weight optical orthogonal codes (MLVW-OOC) with specified adjacent interval. The proposed MLVW-OOC satisfies the maximum correlation constraint at almost unity. This codes is more sophisticated and flexible compared to conventional multi-length OOC in which their correlation can violate the performance. In the MLVW-OOC, variable-weight codes are designed to support multi-services and differentiated quality of services (QoS), while multiple-length codes are designed to support multi-rate services. Finally, we numerically analyzed the performance of the proposed codes.
