Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A study of the electromagnetic waves propagating inside the building with concrete partition walls is presented. Wireless telecommunication systems such as mobile phones and wireless LAN have been widely used in anywhere else. Therefore, wireless equipment has been frequently used at the inappropriate place for wireless communication. For this reason, there is a need to study the propagation of electromagnetic waves in those complex places. In this paper, the inside of the building with concrete partition walls is chosen as a model and the propagation of electromagnetic waves inside it are analyzed. A line source is located inside the model. The numerical findings obtained by numerical analyses using FVTD method are compared with those obtained by experimental tests using a scale model.
