| 抄録(和) | 本稿では, 非剛体レジストレーションを利用した胸部X線CT像における経時画像間の肺結節対応付け手法について述べる.本稿では, 経時CT像間で非剛体レジストレーションを行い, 各結節の重心点間距離に基づいて結節の対応付けを行う.実験では手入力で決定した結節および自動検出によって抽出した結節候補領域を使用した.提案手法を2症例の経時画像に適用した結果, 手動抽出した結節を使用した場合503組中487組(96.8%)を, 自動抽出した結節では226組中222組(98.2%)を対応付けることができた.また従来手法との精度比較を行い, 提案手法による結節対応付けの有効性を確認した. |
| 抄録(英) | This paper describes a method for finding corresponding pairs of nodules from follow-up CT scans based on non-rigid registration. In this paper, we utilize non-rigid registration to register follow-up CT scans, and correspond pairs of nodules based on the distance between center points of nodules. In the experiment, we used the results of both manual and automated detection of lung nodules for performance evaluation. We applied this method to two sequences of CT images including nine scans taken in every several months. The experimental results showed that in manual nodule detection 487 pairs were found correctly among 503 targeted pairs of corresponding nodules (96.8%), and in automated nodule detection 222 pairs were found correctly among 226 targeted pairs (98.2%). Comparing this method with previous ones in accuracy, we confirmed the effectiveness of corresponding nodules by this method. |
